I tend to think that the feminist view of the drama would be one in which the idea of solidarity with another in the form of friendship might be a part of this interpretation.  I am not sure Beckett would fully embrace it.  Yet, one of the realities that emerges from the drama is the fact that both Vladimir and Estragon show care for one another, solidarity in their waiting for Godot.  In Act II, Vladimir covers Estragon with his coat....
